Specialty Roasting
We roast in Lisbon, in two roasters: one gas and one electric. We use each one according to the type of coffee and the result we want.
A gas roaster provides more control over the development and body of the coffee, ideal for fuller-bodied profiles.
The electric roaster offers a cleaner roast, perfect for delicate specialty coffees with more fruity and floral notes.
Quality control is performed by a certified Arabica Q-Grader.
The roasting facility is duly licensed by the Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary Medicine from Portugal.
