Our entry-level specialty coffee comes from a cooperative of producers in Minas Gerais, the most consistent region in our sister country. Minas is a region of coffees with a sweet and balanced profile. It is a natural coffee, harvested between 900-1,100 meters of altitude, dried on patios, which preserves the classic character of the origin: dense body, marked sweetness and very low acidity.
In the cup, it offers notes of citrus, dried fruit, and a subtle touch of malt. The medium roast maintains a rounded profile without making it heavy, allowing for a stable extraction, especially for automatic and semi-automatic machines.
It's an easy-to-enjoy coffee, predictable every day, and ideal for those seeking something sweet, creamy, and without noticeable acidity.
