Roast: Medium
Producers: Local Producers
Region: Minas Gerais (Brazil) and Huila (Colombia)
Altitude: 900–1,100 m (Brazil) and 1,600–1,700 m
Process: Natural (Brazil) and Washed (Colombia)
The base is a mid-altitude Brazilian wine, between approximately 900-1100m, known for its natural sweetness and creamy body that gives structure to the cup. To complete the blend, a higher-altitude Colombian wine, between approximately 1500-1900m, is added, providing clean acidity, more vibrant notes, and a freshness that balances the whole.
On tasting, the classic flavors appear first: chocolate and a touch of dried fruit from Brazil. Then comes a light fruitiness, brought by the Colombian component, which brightens the profile without making it aggressive. The finish is smooth and very comfortable.
The Brazilian coffee undergoes a natural process, the Colombian one a washed process, and the combination of the two creates a balanced and sweet coffee. It works very well as an espresso, mixes naturally with milk, and retains its flavor even when cooled. It's an everyday coffee with specialty quality, designed to be consistent and easy to extract.
