Originating from Finca San Francisco in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, this natural Bourbon coffee grows at 1,600 meters in fertile volcanic soils, under full shade, with selective harvesting of only ripe cherries.
With exotic notes of peach, lemon, and vanilla, each cup reveals flavour and complexity.
In addition to the quality of its coffee, the farm preserves a nature reserve and develops community health and education programs in partnership with the National Forestry Association of El Salvador, combining excellence and sustainability.
